Data collected when you contact us
When you contact us via our website, phone, email, etc., you provide us with your personal data, such as your name, surname, email address, and so on.
As of May 25, 2018, the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (commonly known as “GDPR”), came into effect. The GDPR applies uniformly across all European Union countries.

The Data Controller processes personal data such as identification, contact, and address details, i.e., name, surname, address, email address, etc.
These data are obtained directly from you in connection with the provision of services and are processed solely for the purpose of preparing a service quote and fulfilling the contract for the ordered service, in accordance with the principles set out in Article 5 of the GDPR and Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.
The Controller does not process your data for direct marketing purposes.
Right to object
You have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data as described above. The Controller will cease processing your data for these purposes unless they can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights, and freedoms, or unless the data are necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
The Controller stores your data for the period necessary to properly perform the contract, but no longer than required by applicable tax or accounting regulations, or until the statute of limitations for legal claims has expired.
Your personal data may be transferred to entities providing accounting services to the Controller for the purpose of fulfilling tax law obligations, or to other entities entrusted in writing with the processing of personal data under data processing agreements, who are responsible for compliance with data protection regulations.
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to:
access your data and obtain a copy of them,
rectify (correct) your data,
request erasure, restriction of processing, or object to processing,
data portability,
lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Providing your data is voluntary; however, failure to provide them may hinder or prevent the proper execution of the contract.
The Controller does not make decisions based solely on automated processing, and your data are not subject to profiling.
Your personal data are not transferred outside the European Economic Area.
Automatically collected data
When you visit our website, data about each user are collected automatically. However, these data—regarding your visit, such as browser type, operating system type, etc.—are not considered personal data under the GDPR.
Automatically collected data may be used to analyze user behavior on our website, compile visitor statistics, or personalize the content of our web pages.
